Block 8 - 9, “Yerevanian Berd I”
Blocks 7 to 10 in “Yerevanian Berd I” are noticeable with their comfort and luxury. Blocks will be given to exploitation on 2012 August. Being situated at the edge of the gorge Hrazdan the dwellers can delight the magnificent view of the Mount Ararat. The air streams coming from the gorge will always provide with fresh and cool air. From West and East, the blocks are surrounded with green areas. The total surface of the green area is 3100 sq. Location of the building: Blocks 7 to 10 are located on the west-eastern part of the district. The total area of the district “Yerevanian Berd I” is 24228.0sq from which blocks 7 to 10 occupy 8927.7 sq. On the south western and south eastern parts of the blocks, beautiful parks are arranged with a total area of 3100 sq.
Technical Details: The buildings are cast concrete structure with skeleton construction. The columns placed on the sides of the buildings are connected to each other with monolith band iron. The mid covers between the floors are monolith and have multilayer isolation. For facing material of the buildings “Yerevan Petrosilex” will be used. Cement coverage of the balconies is in coherence with the surface of the buildings. The thickness of the exterior walls in the buildings is 500 mm, while the thickness of the partition walls is 200 mm. The blocks are provided with gas. The blocks are armed with sophisticated fire alarm systems with exits in each apartment. The evacuation routes are made of fireproof materials. In the buildings, high quality elevators from the famous elevator producing companies such as Konte, Mitsubishi, and Otis are installed.
